Register

If you are interested in bringing your child to GLC, please complete the following procedure:

1. Call (561) 624-5437 (KIDS) or email info@glckids.com to see if we have availability for your child.

2. Complete and fill out our Digital Registration Form – please print once filled.

3. Complete and fill out our Digital Parent Center Agreement Form – please print once filled.

4. Bring in the following to GLC:

• Your completed Registration Form.
• Your completed Parent Center Agreement Form.
• Your child’s Florida Certified Physical and Immunization Form.
